Topping slab floor system (TP-FS) one of the common and widely used flooring solutions provided by a team of experienced engineers in CoGri Asia.
This application allow warehouses or industrial facilities to acquire the require floor flatness at the later stage of construction when design and programme do not allow construction of the structural slab to tolerance.
Floor Upgrades
This methodology is also applicable to warehouse and industrial facilities which require extensive upgrade to it existing flooring system.
The topping slab floor system (TP-FS) can be constructed with several options depending to the clients requirement. This ranges from with full mechanical bond and unbounded where slab thickness starts from 75mm in thick onwards.
Proven Solution
These topping slab floor system (TP-FS) are then finished to the required floor flatness for both Free Movement or VNA applications.

Topping slab floor system (TP-FS) can be constructed by Laser Screed or Copperhead to achieve flatness up to TR-34 FM2 Special, However if a more stringent tolerance which is required for Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) is required, Superflat Long Strip methodology would be adopted.
