CoGri provide wire guidance installation service for the guidance of Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) trucks or Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems. Wire alignment, constant depth, movement detailing, and conductor protection are crucial to maintaining a safe and durable system.
At a tyre distributor’s warehouse in Singapore, CoGri Asia has completed the re-installation of wire guidance and joint repairs. The existing wire guidance had failed and required a new wire guidance system to be installed. Upon visiting the site, CoGri also identified that some of the joints in the warehouse were in need of repair.
To avoid disruption to the client’s warehouse operation, work was carried out over two weekends to install 320 linear meter of wire. The re-installation of the wire guidance was completed on the first weekend and the joint repairs on the second, consisting of both Type 1 and Type 3 Joint Repair.
On another project in Singapore, CoGri Asia has successfully completed a structural slab together with compliance testing for a global automotive products distributor.
As part of their expansion plans, the client built a new industrial facility which includes a 4,600m2 warehouse. Understanding the benefits of having a good quality floor and the value this could add to their warehouse operation, the client requested FM2 floor flatness specification. CoGri Asia was able to provide valuable advice on the preparation of the site before casting commenced. Compliance testing confirmed the floor met with the required specification.
