"Concrete Grinding Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (CGAP) was appointed by M+W Zander at extremely short notice to install a Category 2 Flat Floor serving a VNA warehouse.
CGAP's performance in executing the works was outstanding, attributed in the main to the professionalism of the management and site staff together with their understanding and knowledge of the requirements committed.
Although construction of the flat floor was required to be completed in an extremely aggressive time frame, quality and finished product were not once compromised. At the same time, CGAP showed great flexibility and consideration for other sub contractors on the project and were able to accommodate co-ordination requirements without complaint or concession.
