CoGri Group in China
After completing its first flooring project in China in 1998 and following completion of a 55,000m² Steel Fibre only Reinforced Slab on Piles floor to the distribution centre for one of the world’s leading retailers in 2010, CoGri China Co., Ltd was incorporated to serve the growing logistics industry in the region, with its parent company being CoGri Asia Pacific Pte Ltd based in Singapore.

Free Movement Warehouse Floor Construction in Singapore
CoGri Asia Pacific recently completed floor construction at a warehouse facility in Singapore for a local contractor. The project involved constructing a 200mm thick slab to complying with the UK Concrete Society’s TR-34 Table 4.2 Free Movement Specifications FM2. The total floor casting area was 1700m².

CoGri Asia’s Innovative Cold Store Floor Solution
CoGri Asia Ltd has successfully installed a cold store floor system for a beverage manufacturer located in Singapore. Due to an increase in production demands, the client needed to upgrade their block stack storage system to mobile racking for maximum density without expanding.

As the first to design and construct a Steel Fibre Reinforced Slab on Pile (SR-SOP project in China, CoGri Asia took this opportunity to show prospective clients how high quality floors can be achieved coupled with their expertise and modern technology in industrial flooring.

It's a Deal
Concrete Grinding Ltd made an excellent start to 2010 by constructing the floor for a warehouse extension project for Deal Distribution International FZE in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 3600m² floor would be constructed using a Laser Screed and then Laser Ground within the aisles where necessary.

Cold Store Floor Refurbishment
CG Flooring Systems Ltd were brought in to undertake the floor refurbishment work for Langdon Industries Ltd. Langdon Industries Ltd are a logistics service provider who specialise in controlled temperature operations. Their Bridgwater depot is the centrepiece for their temperature controlled distribution centres throughout the UK. The floor within one of the cold stores was in need of refurbishment to better support their operational requirements.

Steel Fibre Reinforced Slab in Malaysia -Tesco DC
CoGri Malaysia Sdn Bhd recently completed construction of a very special slab in Tesco's largest purpose built distribution centre in SE Asia. Sited North of Kuala Lumpur in Bukit Beruntung, the 416 metre long warehouse is a massive 50,000m² on a 25 acre plot of land which includes another 24000m² for future expansion. The main warehouse features 169 loading docks, 54,000 pallet spaces in 11 metre high selective racking.

BIC Project in Athens
Concrete Grinding Ltd returned to Greece to work in partnership with Eurolit at a new facility for BIC-Violex SA in Athens constructed by Techniki Anodos SA. The assignment was very similar to the Aktor project done back in 2007-2008 for IKEA. Eurolit constructed the steel fibre reinforced floor to a high standard.

HEFAME Pharmaceutical VNA Upgrade
Concrete Grinding Ltd and their long-standing partner in Spain, Eurostick S.L. have worked together on a joint project to improve the floors of one of the twelve warehouse facilities that the HEFAME Group, a pharmaceutical distribution cooperative, has in Santomera in the province of Murcia (Spain).

First SuperFlat Laser Grinding Project in Taiwan
Imperial Tobacco Taiwan Manufacturing Co. Ltd commissioned CoGri Asia Pacific Pte Ltd to upgrade their new VNA warehouse. Ugrade floor solutions included Defined Movement Floor Flatness Survey and 3-Wheel Track Laser Grinding on 8 aisles, each measuring 72m long.

CoGri Asia Aced Down Under
Goodman awarded CoGri Group the contract to upgrade 1980 linear metres of aisle way for their client, IKEA, Australia.

Face Middle East Assists Al Seer Group With New DC
Al Seer Group commissioned FACE Middle East Fzc to assist in the design and construction of the floor for their new Distribution Centre (DC) in Barka, Oman. The first DC in Oman required 10,000sq metres of SuperFlat floor to be built. 25% of the warehouse will be used as a Freezer Store, 25% as wide aisles and the rest as narrow aisles.
